1.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to participate on the 35bd bat platform is 21 years. Any person under the age of 21 may not register on this platform or take part in any betting activity under any circumstances. If age-related information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be immediately cancelled and 35bd bat reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.

1.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may create only one account. Opening more than one account under the same name, at the same address, with the same mobile number, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is found to have been violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

This platform is primarily for Bangladeshi users. Access from countries where online betting is legally prohibited is not permitted. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

35bd bat's VIP program has four tiers. Cashback is awarded at each tier based on weekly net losses:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. Example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been successfully confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, 35bd bat reserves the right to cancel a bet in the following situations:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match fixing or fraud is found.
• If there was a system error at the time the bet was accepted.

5.2 Bet Settlement

All bets will be settled on the basis of official results. For sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body will be treated as final. If there is a dispute over a result, the support team must be notified within 72 hours.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

Specific maximum win limits may apply to each game or betting category. These limits are stated on the detail page of each game. 35bd bat is not obliged to pay out any amount exceeding the limit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bd bat platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances:

7.1 Suspension by the Platform

7.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

7.3 Rights During Suspension

No withdrawals may be made while an account is under investigation. If no violation is found at the end of the investigation, the full balance will be returned.
